BINARY PASSION -- 01♥ -- a little
     tribute to textmode graphics.

     Specifically, it's a tribute to
     the artscene, a textmode
     underground scene for ASCII and
ANSI art that peaked in the early
90's. An art form from a time
before there was a World Wide
     Web, social media's tracking
     scripts, and when connected life
     depended upon dialup modems.
     Ahh...

I like the nostalgia of the text
     interfaces of old and the
     creative mindset that we needed
to use all of the constraints of
     the limited space, character set,
and set amount of colors to
     achieve great things. And, to
this day, a lot of the tools we
rely upon is still run in the
terminal and the outout is ASCII
     graphics.

     This little site consists of
     various resources collected and
     curated over the years. Enjoy,
and take a little dive into text
mode art and reminess the old
times or get some insights into
     how it used to be.
